About

A small shop for home pieces with quiet weight, made in short runs with makers we trust.

about-new

Materials first

Clay, flax, glass, wax, and wood chosen for how they feel in the hand and age in a room.

Small batches

We work with a short list of makers. When a piece sells out, we wait for the next kiln.

Honest checkout

Account-only orders with invoice payment on fulfillment. No card theater on the site.

Our story

Sable Goods began as a short list of objects we wanted in our own rooms: a bowl that feels good in the hand, linen that softens instead of stiffens, a lamp that makes evening work kinder.

We work with a handful of makers and small studios. Quantities stay limited on purpose. When something sells out, we wait for the next kiln rather than rushing a replacement.

How we choose

  • Materials first: clay, flax, glass, wood, wax
  • Forms that stay useful after the trend cycle moves on
  • Honest pricing with no card theater at checkout

In the studio

Most weeks start with unpacking a small delivery, photographing pieces in daylight, and writing notes about glaze, grain, and weight. We do not chase endless SKUs. We would rather keep a short shelf that feels complete.

If you are nearby, write to hello@sablegoods.example for an appointment at 214 Clay Street. If you are shopping from further away, the online shop is the same edit we keep on the floor.

Common questions

  • Do you take card payments online?

No. Checkout places an order for invoice or bank transfer. Payment instructions arrive by email after you place the order.

  • Do I need an account to checkout?

Yes. Sable Goods uses account-only checkout so we can attach orders to your customer profile and send payment details securely.

  • How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves the studio.
